Responsibilities include:

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, holidays and weekends.
  • Able to accommodate client with early operations and late operations when requested.
  • Greeting corporate and luxury aircraft crew members and passengers.
  • Upholding our high standards of customer service by anticipating the needs of our clients and going above and beyond to make sure their visit with us is pleasurable.
  • Fulfilling services including but not limited to catering, setting up transportation and hotel reservations.
  • Keeping the facility clean and orderly, along with answering incoming calls, emails and fulfilling catering, hotel and transportation requests.
  • Invoicing of all services provided.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
