As the Human Resources Manager, you will ensure that the organization’s values are in clear alignment with our business strategy and you will be an integral part of driving on-going sustainable growth of the business in partnership with our business leaders.

In this role you will partner with the Human Resources Team to ensure the development, implementation and execution of human resources strategies to support our business. You will bring strong employee relations skills, have a passion for all aspects of talent management to include Training and Development, and have an affinity for the compensation and benefits space.  And you will help the team continue to secure and maintain a productive, diverse and engaged workforce comprised of the best talent available!

Acting as a business partner within our organization and reporting to the Human Resources Director, you are adept at providing counsel and identifying creative solutions that impact organizational effectiveness.

Additional responsibilities will include

  • Employee Relations:  Coaching and assisting managers with employee relations issues, identifying and analyzing problems and taking appropriate corrective action, and minimizing exposure.  You will also partner with outside legal resources to serve as our immigration specialist
  • Training and Development: Partnering with our Head of Talent & Development to deliver learning and development programs; promoting continuous learning and to support the individual development of employees in a cost-effective manner, to help ensure the availability of present and future talent for our organization.
  • Total Rewards / HRIS: Partnering/supporting our Director of HR Operations with our health and welfare plans, compensation activities and helping to drive the implementation of our newly-minted Sage HRIS system
  • Talent Acquisition: Willingness to bring effective strategies that have decreased time-to-fill      and a mindset to help whenever necessary for the organization to secure the best talent in the industry
  • Talent Management: Educating the organization as it relates to all aspects of Talent      Management to ensure that we are continuously driving a performance management mindset through our PRIDE review process, pay for performance and succession planning.
  • Travel up to 25%


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Organizational Development or related field; Master’s      Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressively related work experience
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid, change-intense environment as part of a high-performance team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations to conduct and deal with employee issues in a proactive manner.
  • Knowledge of compensation programs, including salary and benefits program design and federal and state regulations, defined contribution 401(k) plans and various welfare benefit plans
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with all employees in identifying and resolving complex issues
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Highly-effective interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills appropriate for all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - experience and comfort with presentation tools such as Adobe Connect, WebEx, GoToMeeting™
  • Master’s Degree preferred
