Description

Top Line Systems specializes in manufacturing and technical sales and provides exceptional sales support to its Clients.  We are looking for an inside salesperson responsible for making calls on behalf of our clients utilizing pre-generated lead lists for the purpose of relationship development, obtaining RFQ’s, and setting meetings.

Key qualities for the position of CSR:

  •  High level of comfort with telephone sales
  • Exceptional communication skills – oral and written
  • Strong relationship building capabilities with all levels of management
  • Works effectively both independently and as a team
  • Call documentation/follow-up skills using sales CRM
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Goal-oriented
  • Equally as important, we are looking for someone who is friendly, high-energy, and can bring our team to new levels!

Capabilities required:

  •  Prior sales experience
  • Mechanical and/or technical knowledge a plus
  • Aptitude to learn new products and services for multiple clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)
  • Administrative capabilities to support call documentation
  • Associates Degree or demonstrable sales experience
