Top Line Systems specializes in outsourced manufacturing and technical sales.  We assist our clients in growing their sales by serving as their inside sales team to develop new business.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work either onsite or remotely with the following capabilities:

  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and speaking with all levels of management
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Driven to generate new sales opportunities

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales position are as follows:

  • Cold calling and follow-up calls to assigned prospects for potential sales opportunities
  • Qualifying leads based on criteria provided
  • Delivering and presenting information to prospects and clients via phone and email
  • Documenting prospect information in Salesforce database
  • Tracking weekly and monthly performance/sales metrics


  • Ability to understand company services and their position in the industry
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in outbound selling required
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of our team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred
