Postproduction and Shipping Specialist

Job Overview

The specialist is responsible for post processing of all parts and prototypes finished in the additive manufacturing center. Responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received. Specialist will clean and package the parts, generate mailing labels and shipping documents, and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. Specialist is also responsible for maintaining a clean safe area to work in the post processing room and the additive manufacturing center.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area in post processing and additive manufacturing center.
• Manage compliance and quality management tasks.
• Support removal and cleaning of production parts.
• Assists engineering team with parts production and machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
