POSITION SUMMARY: The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for working with internal business applications to provide technical support with the business and IT staff on application projects. The ideal candidate for this role will have very strong problem solving and IT skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Prior business application technical support experience preferred
  • Knowledge in the following areas:
  • Windows desktop and server operating system
  • SQL and programming languages
  • Relational Databases Administration
  • Javascript
  • Cloud Services, VB Script, Powershell, IIS, Tomcat, Qlik, Kronos WIM, and VM knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform (i.e. sites, slides, drive, docs, sheets)
